      近日，子公司潤邦海洋為澳大利亞TAMS集團建造的1座浮碼頭, 3套導(dǎo)管架和1套棧橋項目已圓滿交付并通過半潛船和重吊船運輸啟航至澳大利亞。項目的順利交付是潤邦海洋布局國際化戰(zhàn)略、深耕澳大利亞市場的里程碑，標志著潤邦海洋高端海洋工程裝備建造實力再次獲得海外客戶的高度認可。

      項目總重量約13,000噸，材料最高等級為1100Mpa, 其中460C等級材料近2,500噸，采用DNV和AS標準建造，按照100% NDT要求進行檢驗。自去年承接項目以來，潤邦海洋項目組全力以赴，建造過程中，項目團隊攻克了高強度等級材料焊接、抱環(huán)閉合試驗、海生物水下清理、甲板面大面積防滑砂施工、Dolphin高精度吊裝試驗等難題。潤邦海洋充分發(fā)揮自身的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，不斷地探索和創(chuàng)新，利用模塊車進行船臺搭載等新工藝，大幅縮短建造工期，降低作業(yè)風(fēng)險，確保項目按計劃順利推進，最終提前近2個月高質(zhì)量交付，高強度材料焊接UT合格率達到99.86%。

      該項目將應(yīng)用于KMSB碼頭，用于停靠大型浮式生產(chǎn)儲卸油船（FPSO）、汽車滾裝船等大型船只，提高碼頭裝卸效率、推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟繁榮。客戶多次表示潤邦海洋展現(xiàn)的專業(yè)技能和完美履約精神令人印象深刻，為雙方未來長期合作奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

Recently, ROC has successfully delivered a project consisting of 1 floating pontoon, 3 jackets and 1 linkspan built for TAMS Group in Australia. The project was shipped to Australia via semi - submersible vessel and heavy - lift vessel. The smooth delivery of this project is a milestone in the company's international strategic layout and its deep - rooted development in the Australian market. Eventually, the project was delivered with high quality nearly 2 months ahead of schedule, and the ultrasonic testing (UT) qualification rate of high - strength material welding reached 99.86%.

This project will be applied at KMSB Wharf, used for berthing large - scale Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessels (FPSOs), ro - ro car carriers and other large ships. It will help improve the wharf handling efficiency and promote regional economic prosperity.
